A UH-60 Blackhawk assigned to 1st
Battalion, 214th Aviation Regiment (General Support Aviation Battalion), 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, prepares to refuel during a notional air assault exercise in Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Aug. 31, 2026. The notional air assault involved multiple airframes and provided invaluable training at every echelon. It was conducted as a part of a multinational U.S. Army-led exercise designed to test readiness, interoperability, and combat capabilities with NATO allies and partner nations.
