U.S. Navy Cryptologic Technician (Maintenance) 2nd Class Cruz Garcia, from California, describes the functions of an M4 rifle to Sailors on the midships aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) during a weapons familiarization course while underway in the Indian Ocean, Aug. 27, 2026.
