A military Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) hovercraft has beached on a sandy shoreline with its bow ramp lowered. The craft is loaded with multiple tan/coyote-colored military tactical vehicles, likely Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs), with personnel visible on and around them. This appears to be an amphibious assault or beach landing exercise.
