Anastaija "Ana" Alekisc chats with American friends she has made during her week with the Maine National Guard Summer Camp. Her family serves in the military, but they live in Tivet, Montenegro. Her experiences help her share some of the same fears and insecurities of military children in Maine. As the first international camper attends, program directors hope that the program will grow and foster an exchange program between the two countries. (Maine Army National Guard photo by Sgt. Angela Parady, 121st Public Affairs Detachment.)
