U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Travis Joyner, 355th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, takes a bucket of water from Airman Hunter Asbe, 355th CES firefighter, during a firetruck dedication ceremony at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Aug. 20, 2026. Asbe filled the bucket with water from the old firetruck, which the ceremony retired after 25 years, and passed it to Joyner, who poured it into the new firetruck, symbolically passing the responsibility from old to new.
