    Fort Riley Soldiers competed in BOSS Legacy Under the Stars, an MWR‑sponsored fight night, at Fort Riley, Kansas, Aug. 21, 2026. The post‑wide boxing exhibition brought together Soldiers, Families and community members, with more than 900 spectators cheering from ringside. Competitors represented their units inside the ring, demonstrating discipline, courage, physical readiness and the Warrior Ethos through competitive athletics. The event also highlighted the continued growth of Fort Riley’s combatives and boxing programs and their role in strengthening Soldiers, building cohesive teams and reinforcing esprit de corps across the installation.
