A U.S. Air Force technical sergeant, 172nd Airlift Wing, marshals an aircraft at Karup Air Base, Denmark, June 18, 2026. The wing was recognized as one of 13 military programs for their commitment and innovation in outstanding suicide prevention efforts to save lives at the 2026 Suicide Prevention Recognition Ceremony Sept. 2 at the Pentagon, presented by Defense Suicide Prevention Office.
