German Joint Terminal Attack Controllers ride in an Idaho Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter Aug. 19 for insertion to Saylor Creek Range to conduct a multinational close air support exercise. The two-week exercise integrated eight German units with Idaho National Guard and U.S. Air Force elements for close air support and joint fires training across multiple training areas.
