Two U.S. Navy personnel in NWU Type III (woodland digital camouflage) uniforms are conversing inside what appears to be a military equipment storage or gear room. The individual on the left, whose name tape reads 'HICKEY,' is gesturing toward a rack of tactical vests and harnesses. The setting suggests a facility inspection, briefing, or equipment review.
