Henke, commanding general of the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, receives a comprehensive briefing about the capabilities at the U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa Air Warfare Center, Einsiedlerhof Air Station, Germany, Aug. 26, 2026. Henke visited the facility during an air defense artillery fire control officer qualification event, where Army air defenders trained alongside U.S. Air Force and Marine Corps crews in a joint computer-simulated exercise. The training evaluated the synchronized team’s ability to deconflict airspace and defeat complex, multidirectional aerial threats across the European theater.
