FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 27, 2026) – Cmdr. Anthony Fries, right, director of Bureau of Naval Personnel Enlisted Community Management, congratulates SN Bryant Tucker, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), after Tucker selects Cryptologic Technicians (Collections) as his rating through the Professional Apprenticeship Career Track program during a MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium (CDS) trade show at the Fleet Recreation Center onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, Aug. 27, 2026. Hosted by Navy Personnel Command, CDS connected Sailors directly with MyNavy HR experts, providing timely information and resources to help Sailors make informed decisions about their careers. Events are being held at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, and Naval Base Guam from Aug. 24-31.
