Burns drove Keesler’s professional development engine by taking charge of LEAD-A-Thon volunteer operations, fostering core combat capability mentorship and aligning 100 next-generation leaders with Department of the Air Force objectives. He also conducted a safety sweep of Wall Studio, identifying and neutralizing five hidden hazards, directly securing a safe environment for four organizations.
