    A U.S. Marine with 2nd Marine Logistics Group, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense element, prepares personal protective equipment during exercise Archipelago Endeavor 26 in Berga, Sweden, Aug. 27, 2026. Combined training between U.S. Marines and the Swedish Armed Forces focused on medical crisis response and amphibious operations. Archipelago Endeavor 26 strengthens bilateral interoperability, littoral defense capabilities, and tactical cooperation while demonstrating the readiness of U.S. and Swedish forces to operate together in the Baltic Sea region.
