Participants in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, Leadership Development Program took part in an excursion aboard the fireboat “Edward M. Cotter” on 08/26/2026 in Buffalo, New York. The tour included several Buffalo District projects along the Buffalo and Niagara Rivers highlighting Buffalo River restoration, Buffalo River navigation dredging, navigation repair, and beneficial uses of dredged material.
