A reverse osmosis water purification unit, collapsible water storage tanks and potable-water tankers are positioned at a Puerto Rico Army National Guard water purification site in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, Aug. 19, 2026. Soldiers at the site treated raw water drawn from the Río Grande de Loíza for distribution to communities experiencing water-service interruptions.
