The DIBX Pitch Competition brought together nine finalists, selected from nearly 200 submissions, to pitch commercial solutions addressing critical defense capability gaps across strategic and critical materials, expeditionary manufacturing of electronics, and autonomous fuel distribution. The winners of the competition were awarded a share of $25 million to accelerate solutions across critical defense capability areas. DIBX Pitch Competition judges included Hon. Michael Cadenazzi, Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy; Andrew Magliochetti, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for the Defense Industrial Base; Boyd Miller, Principal Deputy Director J-4, Joint Staff; and VADM Stephen Tedford, Director, Defense Contract Management Agency.
