    130th Airlift Wing

    U.S. Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Jacob Kittle, assigned to the 130th Airlift Wing’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package (CERF-P), uses a video laryngoscope during a simulated advanced airway placement exercise as part of the Armed Forces Advanced Trauma Training at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Aug. 20, 2026. Facilitated by the Global Training Institute, the program uses training models to ensure Department of War medical personnel are equipped with advanced, lifesaving tactical medical skills required to respond to complex trauma scenarios and support high-profile events in the National Capital Region.
