CAMP ZAMA, Japan — Maj. Gen. James K. Dooghan (left), Commanding General, U.S. Army Japan, administered the Oath of Office to Lt. Col. Joshua B. Limberg, the newly appointed U.S. Army Japan Command Inspector General, during a ceremony at Camp Zama on August 25.
