    Green Berets assigned to 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and Aircrew from the 109th Airlift Wing load gear onto an LC-130 “skibird” on Aug. 18, 2026, in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland as part of Operation Apex Indigo. Apex Indigo activities are designed to improve readiness, demonstrate capabilities, and enhance interoperability between the U.S. and the Kingdom of Denmark in a challenging Arctic environment.
