Team 15 with the 196th Infantry Brigade completes the ruck march for the Best Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T) competition at McGregor Range Complex, Aug. 24, 2026. The Gen. John J. Pershing Cup is the Army’s annual premier Best OC/T competition, a rigorous four‑day event held at Fort Bliss, Texas, Aug. 21–24, 2026. Through this competition, OC/Ts demonstrate the excellence, adaptability, and relentless pursuit of mastery that underpin the Army’s ability to fight, win, and project power on and from the land.
