U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Barry Jahmarie, a pavement and construction journeyman assigned to the 832nd Red Horse Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida, operates a crane on Ebbing Air National Guard Base’s 188th Regional Training Site at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark., Aug. 17, 2026. The 188th Civil Engineering Squadron is one of only six units in the country certified to train Airmen in crane operations. This total force mission readiness integration allows the Airmen’s newly standardized continuity training to build a cohesive responsiveness across the Air Force.
