U.S. Army Reserve medic assigned to the 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, completes a simulated casualty report card during force-on-force field training exercise (FTX) operations as part of Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 21, 2026. KW26 is the second iteration of the bilateral Army-to-Army military exercise between U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) forces. Operation is focused on building long-lasting partnerships, expanding bilateral interoperability, and increasing unit readiness. Medical training events reinforce casualty tracking, patient accountability and treatment procedures in realistic field environments.
