U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Ricardo Flores, 362nd Recruiting Squadron commander, participates in a Special Warfare training day with Air Force Delayed Entry Program recruits Aug. 20, 2026 at Silverlake Park in Tucson, Arizona. The recruits, as well as leadership from the 362 RCS and 68th Rescue Squadron were tasked with carrying 200lb sandbags in groups of four to highlight the importance of physical readiness and commitment to fostering the next generation of Airmen.
