Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Ken Wilsbach hands the guidon to Lt. Gen. Paul Fast, chief of the Air Force Reserve Command and commander of the Air Force Reserve, during an assumption of command ceremony at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, Aug. 21, 2026.
