The updated U.S. Space Force Honor Guard ceremonial cap lays on a table at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., Aug. 21, 2026. The guidance for the new U.S. Space Force uniform was released Jan. 13, 2026, with the Honor Guard ceremonial guardsman uniform debuting seven months later. The new uniform was designed to replace the modified U.S. Air Force service uniform Guardians wore when the branch was first established in 2019.
