Master Sgt Courtney Holberek, a member of the 149th Medical Group, Detachment 1, assigned to the 6th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package, provides medical treatment to a simulated casualty during an evaluation exercise at the Texas A & M Engineering Extension Service Disaster City in College Station, Texas, Aug. 19, 2026. The 6th CERFP responds to CBRNE incidents in support of local, state and federal agencies by providing casualty decontamination, medical triage and treatment, casualty search and extraction, and fatality search and recovery capabilities.
