Navy Counselor 1st Class Martika Velasquez, from California, provides counseling services to Retail Services Specialist 1st Class Rodney Dockery, from North Carolina, in the admin office aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89), while underway in the Indian Ocean, Aug. 18, 2026.
