YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 6, 2026) – Children walk through an inflatable archway during Chapel of Hope Summer Program onboard Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). The weeklong summer program offered children from pre-K through sixth grade crafts, games and leadership activities that support family readiness and resiliency. CFAY provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
