Tie-down team members assigned to the Legend-class national security cutter USCGC James (WMSL 754) signal that a Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron (HITRON) MH-65 helicopter is secured to the deck offshore of Mayport, Florida, August 15, 2026.
