U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 2 Megan Harper, the Marine Band San Diego officer in charge, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and the Western Recruiting Region, directs members of the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo (PSJA) High School band during a music clinic at PSJA High School in Pharr, Texas, May 12, 2026. The music clinic brought Marine musicians and high school students together for a day of rehearsal and performance. It also gave students the opportunity to learn from the Marine Band San Diego officer in charge, highlighting the Marine Corps' commitment to community engagement through music.
