    U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, 6th Marine Regiment, and a contractor with Anduril Industries conduct preflight maintenance on a Bolt-M autonomous air vehicle during an organic loitering munitions range at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Aug. 19, 2026. This evolution familiarizes Marines with BLT 1/8 with the Bolt-M AAV in order to provide commanders with a organic precision strike capability utilizing autonomous loitering munitions.
