Competitors participate in the Some Assembly Required Range during the 55th Winston P. Wilson and 35th Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting Machine Gun Championship at Camp Robinson, Arkansas, Aug. 19, 2026. During the event, competitors engage targets using a pistol, rifle and M240 machine gun, testing their marksmanship, weapons handling and ability to transition between multiple weapon systems under competitive conditions.
The championship provides military marksmen an opportunity to strengthen individual and team proficiency while enhancing readiness through challenging marksmanship competition.
