    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Aug. 11, 2026) Emergency department Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth assess a simulated patient during a contaminated injured person drill at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Aug. 11, 2026.
