A WC-130J Super Hercules aircraft, assigned to the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, features an external Stepped-Frequency Microwave Radiometer mounted in a pod attached to the aircraft’s wing at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Aug. 6, 2026.
