    Maj. Gen. Robert Brodie, the commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, congratulates Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Andrew Velasquez, with 3rd MAW, during a Marine of the Quarter award ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Aug. 5, 2026.
