Musician 3rd Class Jasmine Rodriguez, lead vocalist of the Pacific Partnership Band, sings with a Timorese local during a Pacific Partnership 2026 (PP26) host nation outreach engagement event at the Timor Plaza Night Market in Dili, Timor-Leste, Aug. 15, 2026. The Pacific Partnership Band performance at the Night Market gave PP26 personnel the opportunity to build relationships and share music with the Timorese community. Now in its 22nd iteration, the Pacific Partnership series is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster management preparedness mission conducted in the region. Pacific Partnership works collaboratively with host and partner nations to enhance regional interoperability and disaster response capabilities, increase security in the region, and foster new and enduring friendships in the Indo-Pacific.
