U.S. Air Force aerial port personnel assigned to 349th Air Mobility Wing and 514th Airlift Wing prepare a cargo pallet for aircraft loading during the Strategic Combat Agile Readiness (SCAR) exercise at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, on Aug. 11, 2026. The SCAR exercise was a functional Combat Readiness Exercise which served as an evaluation of multiple wings under 4th Air Force.
