Throughout the exercise, U.S. and Indonesian personnel have used hand signals, simple phrases and translation applications to overcome language barriers and strengthen collaboration between partner forces.
Interpreters play a vital role in facilitating communication and strengthening cooperation between U.S. and Indonesian participants throughout the exercise.
