U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Elizabeth Soloman, 349th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical production journeyman, tests the hydraulic brake system on a mobile aircraft arresting system (MAAS) during Strategic Combat Agile Readiness (SCAR) exercise at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, on Aug. 10, 2026. The SCAR exercise was a functional Combat Readiness Exercise which served as an evaluation of multiple wings under 4th Air Force.
