    FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 14, 2026) – Command Master Chief Dennis Hunt congratulates Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Robert Albright for being selected as the Junior Sailor of the Quarter for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 during an All Hands in FLEACT Yokosuka’s Fleet Theater. An All Hands is similar to a meeting or gathering to pass on important information and recognize Sailors for their contributions to the team.
