USACE Buffalo District Commander, Lt. Col. Aaron Anderson's tour of the Buffalo District area of responsibility continued with a stop for a site visit of the Cleveland confined disposal facility, meeting with teammates at the Oak Harbor field office, and a tour of phosphorus optimal wetland facility in Defiance, Ohio, Aug. 12, 2026.
