Airman 1st Class Carter Holy, an advanced fighter aircraft integrated avionics maintainer with the 125th Fighter Wing, conducts munitions familiarization training at Jacksonville Air National Guard Base, Florida, Aug. 11, 2026. The training provided Airmen from across the wing hands-on experience with mission-essential procedures outside their primary Air Force specialties. Developing cross-functional capabilities supports the Multi-Capable Airmen concept and strengthens the adaptability and readiness required for agile combat employment.
