    Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii

    Capt. Andrew Hunt, executive officer for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC HI), provides a response to an employee question during the virtual and in-person Shore Command and Control (C2) Stage 2 Town Hall at the Hickam Theater on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Aug. 6, 2026. The Town Hall provides information for select NAVFAC HI employees to prepare for the transition to Commander, Navy Installations Command’s CNRH and JBPHH. The Navy is improving the C2 structure of Navy installations to make installation commanding officers fully accountable for maintenance and public works operations on their respective installations.
