A large gray naval warship is transiting a harbor waterway, accompanied by a bright orange tugboat to its starboard side. In the background, a distinctive curved bridge spans the water, consistent with the Coronado Bridge in San Diego Bay. A floating security barrier or anti-swimmer net is visible in the foreground of the image.
