U.S. soldiers with E Company, 2-159th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, refuel an AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter July 31, 2013, at the Oberdachstetten Local Training Area forward arming and refueling pad. These petroleum supply specialists practiced setting up their M978 HEMTT fuel tanker and properly prepared the area for aircraft refueling operations. The Oberdachstetten LTA is just one of the many LTAs operated by the Training Support Activity Europe to provide U.S. Army Europe Soldiers with the ability to perform rigorous, realistic and relevant home-station training that enhances their combat readiness.
