Soldiers assigned to the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights, descend over Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport during the Rochester International Airshow in Rochester, New York, Aug. 9, 2026. The jump opened the second day of a two-day flying schedule that also featured the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, a U.S. Marine Corps F-35B demonstration and a full slate of warbirds, and supported the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion Syracuse, which covers the Rochester area.
