Lawton, Okla. Mayor Stan Booker presented FCOE CG BG Patrick Costello, FCOE CSM Robert Flynn, 434th FA Commander COL Anthony Brunner, 434th FA CSM Scott Kelsey and USAG Fort Sill CSM Jared English with a proclamation Aug. 8, 2026 at the city's 125th birthday celebration. The proclamation reaffirmed the city’s commitment to supporting service members, military families and the Fort Sill community. The proclamation recognized the longstanding partnership between the City of Lawton and Fort Sill, whose histories are both forged together.
