Oklahoma Representative Tom Cole spoke to enlistees Aug. 7, 2026 at the Lawton Rangers PRCA Rodeo. The Rangers held a Military Appreciation Night that evening and included a color guard from the Buffalo Soldiers and an Oath of Enlistment for over 60 enlistees given by FCOE Commanding General BG Patrick Costello.
