NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. (August 06, 2026) Chaplain Judson Dunlap receives an end of tour award from Captain MK Hays, Commanding Officer, USS Ted Stevens (DDG 128) and is rung ashore having completed his assignment onboard. Chaplain Dunlap provided mentorship and counseling to 24 Officers, 30 Chief Petty Officers, 325 Sailors, and 50 civilian contractors. Fair winds and following seas, CHAPS!
