PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola Commanding Officer Capt. Doughty, a Hospital Corpsman in 1969, was injured during heavy fighting, and went on to continue serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve, retiring as a Commander with nearly 40 years of service.
